What is RTT Hypnotherapy?
RTT Hypnosis is an award-winning and integrative approach to the mind-body healing process. It incorporates a range of evidence-based therapies, such as hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), guided imagery, visualization, mindfulness, and principles of neuroscience. All of these therapies tap into the extraordinary healing potential of the mind by transcending traditional hypnotherapy training that provides a solution-oriented approach resulting in fast and lasting results leaving clients feeling empowered.


How Can Hypnosis Help Me?
​My approach to hypnosis is closely aligned with the teachings of Marissa Peer, a renowned therapist. This therapeutic modality involves the use of rapid transformational therapy (RTT) to help clients heal from past traumas that may have inflicted them with lasting and self-induced imprints on their emotional, behavioral, or physical well-being. The approach leverages insights from neuroscience to help clients identify and address the sources of their stress that may be trapped or repressed in their bodies due to extreme trauma. According to the American Psychological Association, stressors can manifest in many ways, leading to a range of mental and physical health issues. These manifestations can include immunodeficiencies, allergies, sleep disturbances, distorted perceptions, chronic pain, gastrointestinal problems, hormone imbalances, addictions, depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and many other mental conditions. The role of a rapid transformational therapy practitioner is not to directly heal clients but instead work with them to identify and address the sources of their stress. Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that allows individuals to arm themselves with self-healing techniques that are essential for moving beyond these stressors and allowing them to pursue a healthier and more productive lifestyle. By working with a hypnotherapist, clients can learn to identify and address the root causes of their stress, which may be deeply ingrained in their subconscious mind. This can help them to overcome negative patterns of behavior and thought, leading to a more positive and fulfilling life.
How I Found RTT Hypnotherapy
I have always had a deep desire to help people and spent many years doing just that in any way that I could. My parents had modeled for me that even the simplest act could greatly impact another human being. As I got older I realized that I wanted to do more. And so that is what I did. I spent time in refugee camps in Europe, listening, comforting, learning. I spent time with alcoholics and addicts, listening, comforting, learning. Spent time as a hospice caretaker, listening, comforting, learning. Spent time with soldiers, you guessed it, listening, comforting, learning. But then one day it became my turn to heal. I needed to have someone listen, comfort and help me learn and something deep inside me said hypnotherapy. So I began my healing journey with RTT and in doing so realized my life calling. Being able to guide clients through their subconscious world is truly a privilege and one that I do not take lightly. I am always humbled by the trust that my clients place on me and strive to earn that trust.
